We aim to fulfill orders within two business days of when the order is placed (Monday-Friday). Products currently on back order will be exempt from this. In this situation we fulfill orders in the order they were received as soon the product comes back into stock.
If upon receiving your order you find any issue or damage to the product, please email us at email@example.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
International Customers: Insilico Sports is not responsible for import duties or customs fees incurred when receiving international shipments. These fees vary from country to country, and the shipping cost you pay only reflects what we pay on your behalf. The shipping cost charged does not include any import duties that will be charged by the customer’s country upon arrival. This also includes fees for specific services such as the brokerage fee that shippers sometimes charge.
RETURN, REPAIR, & REFUND POLICY
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers will be responsible for their return shipping, unless the product has a manufacturing defect – in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
All returned items are subject to a processing and restocking fee of 15% of the total product cost. Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment amount minus a 15% processing fee, or 100% of the order can be refunded as store credit.
We do not do repairs for strictly cosmetic issues. The VELOS-ID is a handmade device and the buyer reasonably recognizes that there is a small likelihood of cosmetic imperfections.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost items sent to us for a return/exchange. We recommend getting a tracking number for all items you ship to us.
